Hime Gyaru Mood Board

I have been working on a mood board for my hime gyaru inspiration recently. I would not call it a BO*OM but rather me trying to rebirth my love for hime gal. I have not worn it because i need new wig pieces but I just got a new one ദ്ദി(｡•̀ ,<)~✩‧₊ I want to buy the taobao one when i eventually do that order. 

I've been into a bit of reiwa hime lately, like c-fashion hime and the way jp gals do hime now. Like the way ag7iiiiii has been doin hime lately looks more polished compared to the way c-fashion gal looked a year or 2 back, its very cute and glam now taking lots of inspo from c-fashion lolita and la pafait style, I'm kinda obsessed with these looks in particular. I'm personally not too crazy about her past codes and hair sets. i really love c-fashion lolita pieces in gal.

I also have been looking at heisei models/ shop staff revisiting my favs

I specifically really love this dress Ayano is wearing. Animals on prints especially cat prints are my favorite. Hime cat dresses are so dreamy

I think a good thing to do when looking into inspiration for your mood board is looking at your general interests to see if you can take general fashion inspiration from it? I hope I can explain this right ( ͈ര ̫ര ͈) ⊹`𓈒 I was trying to think of things unrelated to gal that I can draw cool inspo from and I thought about how I feel when I'm wearing hime, my mindset when I wear it. I feel like a doll or disney princess so I looked at dolls i like the aesthetic of as well as Disney princess art. (not saying hime is dolly fashion btw I'm just saying i feel like a doll and get compared to a doll when i wear it) I also looked at girly toys from the 2010s that I liked but never got to buy/ had very little of. I love the idea of living out a childhood dream through fashion.

Lalaloopsies were my favorite doll line growing up. I never owned any of the full sized dolls I had some of the littles, the minis, and the tinies. I feel like the cupcake shaped dresses are very La Pafait. There are so many princess dolls too!

My soul will heal the day I am able to buy a full sized Jewel Sparkle doll, any will do tbh

I think Nom Noms would make cute accessories for hime specifically the pink, glittery, princessy ones. Never got any when I was younger either i really wanna collect them

Honorable mention to MLP princesses, 2000s Barbie movies, and magical girls

I feel like I could make a whole blog post on Disney Princess art, costumes, j-fashion collabs, ect but for now I just wanna share what I'm looking at currently. Ariel is my fav princess and always has been. Ik people in the comm have compared me to her WHAT AN HONOR but I did intentionally dye my hair red to "look like her" I always wanted red hair as a little kid to "look like her" I have had my hair red for almost 3 years now! idk when I will change it I'm very attached it. I like early 2000s disney princess costumes from the disney store and the parks, they're so beautiful I wish the stuff at Bibidi-babidi boutique looked like that nowThe 2010s j-fashion collabs are super cool like the Angelic Pretty x Tokyo Disney collections or Secret Honey and Axes Femm collections. I own one dress from one of the many princess Secret Honey collections, I want to do a proper code for it one day

I look at story book art for the best Disney princess looks. I treat flipping through the books like flipping through a magazine! I'll probably make blog posts for each princess if I can stay consistent with posting
