Lauren’s Birthday Weekend ₊˚⊹ ᰔ

It was Lauren's birthday weekend recently and she wanted to celebrate with a beach day and sleep over. That Friday she texted me midday asking if she could sleep over, I was nervous my family would say no but to my surprise it wasso I rushed to clean my room and 'wrap' her present. I was working on some nails in the middle of my room and had my whole santee alley haul on my floor. I was in the middle of watching Jennifer's Body when she arrived, I had been binging movies that whole day. I never seen Jennifer's Body before. I had dinner already but she ate some pupusas and ceviche. We were just chatting the whole time about gyaru, scene, tea, normal sleep over convos yk. Most importantly we were talking about yume ships, its been the hot topic of the month for my friends and I. 

Next day in the morning Lauren and I woke up late we stayed up till 3:30 I think?? I don't remember. Sarina came over to eat pupusas while Lauren and I finished our make up. It was one of those days that I really needed to push myself to do my makeup, I really did not want to do it since I was breaking out really badly. Also I typically do my makeup standing up so sitting on the floor was a new experience. I pushed through it though! We headed out and went to the market and 7-11 to get snacks and drinks and headed to the beach where we met up with everyone else.

Lauren drove us down to the beach and we went to get snacks and drinks before meeting up with everyone!

I felt so body tea that day, I only wish I got a deeper tan but I didn't

It was sooo windy. I was thankful it was since LA has been so humid lately but hair and sand was getting all over I fear. Also Sarina took my phone

I always love playing in the sand but I didn't think to bring sand toys unfortunately. But I convinced Doll and Sarina to burry me in the sand. I wanted them to make me a mermaid but ended up with this.... ig its a mermaid?? 

I did remember bubbles though! fun fact I usually have bubbles in my purse, you never know when you'll want to play and be silly

It was sunset by this point and ALL of the pics we got at this hour ate down!! Probably some of my fav pics in a long while, I'll definitely post these on IG they feel so late 2000s EGG summer especially since my co*de was inspired by Romihi and Kanako. Kankao wore the same bikini in EGG and COLU ads its one of my fav pieces I own

We went over to Jessie's place after the beach. Lauren, Sarina, Jorge and I stopped by Daiso before going by the time we got there Doll had knocked out for a quick nap. The rest of the night Max was talking about Britney Spears and the music industry. Jessie made dinner, I believe the dish was alfredo sundried tomato pasta?? idk but it was deliciousMax accidently smashed my toe with the chair so my left foot was out of commission for an hour and 1/2 I was ok after having ice on it for a bit. He had to carry me down stairs I was terrified he was gonna drop me on the way down tbh. The guys left eventually and then we went to Jessie's room and took turns to shower. I was trying to continue watching Jennifer's Body with Sarina but we ended up talking about tea again before knocking out. 

That was basically it I headed home the next day and FINALLY finished Jennifer's Body. It was not what I thought it would be? I did like it though, imagine a Jennifer gal co*de?! I think that would be awesome for the fall I thought Jennifer's outfits were so cuteHopefully I can go out with friends soon even though I'm back in school now XO, Jacey🌺
