(ALA21) Anime Los Angeles 2026

Sooooo i'm currently back in school and working so forgive slow uploads. ALA was in January but I'm barely finishing this till now, not too long since I don't remember every detail lol. 

After i finished school I had exactly 2 weeks to prep for ALA from getting my cosplays, to styling my wigs.... SCHOOL IS VERY IMPORTANT GUYSSSS thats why I'm so late.... I had ordered my panty and chigiri cosplays early but Panty barely made it the day before I left and Chigiri came when I was at the con (one day I will cosplay my male counterpart trust) I had Reze done from October and decided to pack up Hatsune Miku for day 4. I went on a quick trip to santee alley for last minute items: wig for Kaiser ($45 but it was VERY nice quality so a win IG) jewelry for my kyaba Kaiser look and orange shorts I didn't even wear out... then con crunched the rest of my packing and styled my Kaiser wig then night before con I did my whole Panty wig. 

Day 1

Con day comes Thursday... every thing went wrong... my panty accessories went missing, I left my Tsukki and Kaiser plushies, left my pack of bobby pins, got my period.... it was LOVELY to say the least. We made it to the hotel which was very nice yes yes. (day 1 was NOT IT for me...)

We went to the con it was as I remember, not too crowded but alot going on. I got to collecting ribbons immediately when we went to artist alley. Lauren and I parted with the group to go to the Haikyuu meet up except no one was really there.... so we just say down. We meet up with everyone else went to go eat pupusas and went back in our bllk Kaiser and Ness kyaba CO*DES, Ivanna stayed behind to go mimis early.

We went back to the con to take pics then went to a panel, Lauren was geeking since they talked about boyfriend to death.

Day 2

DENJI REZE DAYYYYY YIPPIEEEEEEEE YATTAAAAA YOOHOOOO

Ivanna fell victum to being the denji to my reze because I insisted I needed to have a denji with me while I cosplayed Reze to elevate my cosplay ofc! We went to artist alley for a bit till just before sunset. We walked like 30 minuteish down to a beach by the harbor for most of the pics. Lauren took all the pics of us they came out too good?! very wonderful and convincing me thinks heheWe were out at the beach from 5-7ish it was nice getting out of the con and into a space with less people outside, and on the beach... me loves the beach sm

We went to hooters afterwards for dinner. It was my first time there, food was ok the sights.. ok.. overall vibes.. ok.. just ok.. slightly let down but myhaps it was because it was busy??

Then back to the con for a few minutes, Lauren was talking with one of her cosplay moots about them cosplaying lawrence when idk whoo... OH IT WAS DOLLLL I think!! Doll said that Ivanna should cosplay tsukki cause the denji wig was the perfrct color. Ivanna mentions she had glasses back in the hotel and I took tsukki's jersey with me for the meet which i didn't use... THE STARS ALIGNED PERFECTLY.. UNEXPECTEDLY

We get back to the hotel and I guess we were going with it?? I was about to take off my makeup when Ivanna came in dressed as tsukki..i thought we were joking so I was very flustered... it was  bad I was being very embarassing I fearSoooooo... not much on pics of that but Ivanna seemed to have too much fun being a boy that day but I'm glad cause it was fun. 

Day 3

Saturday was a busy day. We rushed out to the blue lock meet up! Sarina and I were Fem Kaiser and Fem Ness in the moring and Lauren (THE LARPPPPPP, jk) was Bachira but amekaji. The bllk meet was WAYYYYYYY better than AX VIBES REACHED MAXXXXX ARUAAAAAAAAA OHHHH YEAHHHH YATTAAAAAI handed out the freebies i took finsally, I forgot to take pics but I made photocards of blue lock and haikyuu characters to hand out at the meets since those are my fav fandoms which was an awesome idea because it was great to see others get happy about it/ get ribbions in returnI got SOOOOOO many from both of these meets.

Before the undertale/ deltarune meet

After that it was the undertale/ deltarune meet so i sat under a tree in the shade till the haikyuu meet while the others were there mingling. Then when the meet started right after on the patch of grass next to it, I ran over in an instant! I was in my element and I felt so at home?? I love the haikyuu fandom with all my heart its my comfort and I feel it always will be its been one of my all time favs since 2020 in high school and my love for it never wavers. Anyways enogh about that (not really) I saw a tsukki cosplayer?!

He was happy to see my ita bag hehe he looked so cool. I did not act a fool much to Lauren's suprise but not to mine? Weird thing about me but not really.. I love Tsukishima romatically obvi I yumeship with him but a male cosplaying him is not him.. so I won't act a fool since irl i'm lesbeian and at the end of the day Tsukki is some form of compet if that makes sense?? but nonbinary/ female presenting Tsukki cosplayers are a different story hehe 

Enough of that tangent!!! I handed out more cards and got sm cool ribbions and goodies like candy, stickers, cards, ect?! UGHH I LOVE YOU HAIKYUU FANDOM GYUUUU

We went back to the hotel so Lauren could change for the Idenity V meet up, she went as Ganji, my personal fav cosplay of hers. Idk shit of that game I just think she looks sick af like a pirate!!! i love mt the pirate aesthetic! Ater the meet up we went back to artist alley to do more shooping before going back to the hotel to eat dinner, take a long break then went back to the con origially to go to the rave but we just went to the Shoreline Village which is one of my favorite things near the con aside from the beach its a shoping area with that classic beach side shop look of a tacky tourist trap that I as a socal girl love because again I love the beach.

Day 4

I was done... did not wanna do it I was DONEEEEI went as Sweet Devil/ agejo hatsune miku.... It was thrown on literally I had to force myself into it.... I was so out of it from lack of sleep the previous night. I don't remeber much?? We saw Brook again and Ena. Then we left the con semi early to go on the carasol across the street. Then hung out at the outlets till people got picked up. Lauren and I headed back to k town ate yummy korean food then I finally got home, knocked out and thank goodness because I had work the next day
